I hope everyone who celebrates had a fabulous Hanukkah, I was really happy to add a Hanukkah read to my holiday TBR this year.
Rachel and Jacob shared a summer camp romance when they were 12. One holds a torch, one holds a grudge. As their paths cross as adults, they realize their feelings as children have not dissipated. They must figure out whether they are meant to be or meant to continue their grudge. I really enjoyed this read. It was a fun new twist on a holiday romance, we are immersed in Hanukkah traditions but also feel the joy of Christmas through Rachel’s secret obsession. Their banter was fun, their history was sweet and the Matzah Ball brings their chemistry to a head in a joyous, quirky way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
