REVIEW: Legacy of Storms and Starlight

Zylah is an apothecary’s daughter who helps her friend filling-in as a servant within the castle. After a run-in with the crowned prince she is forced to flee the city and go into hiding. She comes upon a handsome stranger in the woods who helps her survive on the run and gets her to a town where she can blend in and restart her life. She gets a job working with plants and crosses paths with Fae and realizes that their suppression was unsuccessful and they’ve secretly been planning an uprising. With her hatred for the royal family, she is keen to join. We see her training to fight and uncovering secrets in her own life. There is your obligatory love triangle and lots of fun magic packed into this world. We do get an ending even though there is certainly space for the next book to go.

If you liked The Prison Healer, The Stolen Kingdom or any of the Mass books, add A Legacy of Storms and Starlight to your TBR!

Thanks to Love Book Tours for the gifted copy. All opinions above are my own.

If you were transported to the setting of your current read, where would you be?
